Frequently asked questions

We have a lot of retailers all over the world. To find your nearest salespoint, send us an e-mail to customerservice@studioroof.com and we will check!.

You can pay with Euros. We accept creditcards (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, iDEAL, Bancontact and SoFort.

We don’t charge any credit card fees, but costs of delivery will be added during the ordering process.

We ship our orders twice per week from our warehouse in the Netherlands. When your order has been shipped, you receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

Depending on the destination country delivery may take 2-5 working days within the European Union.

If you want to cancel your order, you must as quickly as possible – within 24 hours – let us know via e-mail to shop@studioroof.com.

If you want to change your order, you can contact us via shop@studioroof.com as well. It is possible to delete goods in any order but not to add new items, as the amount from the payment process may not be exceeded after your approval of the amount.

If an item is delivered damaged, please let us know asap via shop@studioroof.com. We will ask you to send a picture of the damaged item for us to understand why the damage occured.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, there are various reasons to have caused this:

  • your order has not been approved and therefore not processed;
  • check if your order confirmation has landed in the spambox of your mailbox
  • check if you provided a correct e-mail address.

Private persons have the right to cancel the order within 30 days without stating reasons. Send us an e-mail to shop@studioroof.com if you wish to return an item or order.

Postage as well as any order expenses in relation to returning the order must be paid by you.

When you cancel a purchase, we refund the complete order amount, including freight costs. We refund the amount in no case later than 14 days from the cancellation date.

Reimbursement of returned goods will occur no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods by us and provided the goods are not damaged.

If you’re having trouble hanging our products, first make sure they’ve been properly assembled.
